		<description><![CDATA[Given the District&#039;s secretiveness with the BSC and the difficulty in getting hold of school site BSCs and their budgets, if you want me to give you a full picture of how consultant salaries figure into just the schools alone, not including the Central Office and Mr. Garcia in particular, it would be helpful to have the District comply with the Public Records Act, stop breaking the law and allow the public its right of review. Then a true picture will emerge.  

The lack of transparency is not surprising, but particularly hypocritical given the emphasis on it in the Strategic Plan.
