There are a number of key agenda items for the Board’s Ad Hoc Committee on Student Assignment is tonight at 6 p.m. (I am double-checking whether it will be televised — we have generally been televising meetings of this committee).
The packed agenda is posted here — the highlights are:
- The Board will hear an update on the district’s plans for monitoring the outcomes of the new plan;
- Staff will discuss a substitute motion to the General Education transportation plan that will be voted on by the Board tomorrow night;
- Important changes to the way we assign students in special education will be discussed.
